Cardstock Pumpkin

Cardstock_pumpkin Good morning!

I was playing around with this cardstock pumpkin last week....it needs more work....like some leaves and a stem??

It's been a crazy weekend...my sister Kim came to visit all the way from Tennessee....my computer is still crashing....looks like I may need a new one.  If you've emailed me and I didn't answer you.....please email me again.  It may take me a while but I try to answer each and every one.

Club is tonight....(Club group #2)......need to get busy :)

Have a great day!

I recently was playing around with the same pumpkin. I used kraft paper to cut a leaf and crimped it. For a stem, I used a piece of light brown wired paper twist. I poked a small hole in each and put them through the brad. Then I curled the stem around a pencil. It is adorable! PS: Love your blog!

I love the pumpkin. Very cute. Thanks for sharing :)

That's so cute! The kids and I may have to try out hands at that today.

Hi Angie, I was playing with the same pumpkin too! I used my scallop circle punch, and punched out about 5 in old olive, and used that as "leaves" and then used the greeting from Happy blessings and punched it out in the same color orange as the pumpkin, and put it on the topmost scallop circle. Hope that gives you another idea!!

I love this pumpkin. I make it with my students at school every October. We make it out of construction paper. We use a green rectangle for a stem. maybe if you do a fancy rectangle and something cute for leaves it will be what is missing for you. I didn't even think to do this in card stock. Thanks for the great idea!

I made these last year for Thanksgiving. I used the 5 petal punch to make a garden green leaf for the top. This worked really well & was easy. (I saw this idea some where else, I didn't think of it on my own.)

Cute pumpkin, Angie. I love your blog. Silly question for you... we are moving soon to Nashville, Tennessee and I desperately want to find someone that knows about the area schools. Is your sister by any chance from around there?

this pumpkin is unbelieveable.
i really like it
